Walter Ruppel Red-breasted Merganser Pair

Rare pair of red-breasted mergansers by Walter Ruppel (Portland, OR). Each is dated on the bottom 6/5/73 and signed by the maker. Note a few areas of small paint chips on the back of the drake. Each measures approximately 17” in length.
