Refined Pacific black brant by Nick Kojich of Tomales Bay, CA, ca. 1940s. This exact decoy is pictured on page 47 of Wildfowl Decoys of California by Michael Miller. Appears to be hollow carved and in an attractive swimming posture with glass eyes and likely old in use repaint. A rare Tomales Bay decoy.
