John Cuitti Bluebill Drake

This is a most stylish little bluebill by John Cuitti (Rodeo, CA), ca. 1953. See pages 223-225 for additional information on this early California maker. Excellent original paint and condition and a wonderful patina. Measures 13” in length. This exact decoy is pictured on page 225 of Wildfowl Decoys of California by Michael Miller.
