Jack Kraft Bluebill Drake

Super rare bluebill drake by “Two-Gun Jack” Kraft (Vallejo, CA) ca. 1930s-40s. An overpaint has been professionally removed to reveal the original painted surface. See page 199 of Wildfowl Decoys of California by Michael Miller. Measures 14.5” in length. Kraft worked on Mare Island Naval Shipyard as a driller and ship fitter for 25 years.
