Stunning paint on this half-sized mallard pair by Frank Willis (Redwood City, CA). Each is signed and dated 1965. See page 374 of Wildfowl Decoys of California by Michael Miller. Note the area of discoloration on the top of the drakes head. Each measures 12” in length.
